TO THE EDITOR

blackberry on streets Sir, —I have been very mystified by the last two borough council reports in which either the works committee or borough foreman asserts that ail blackberry on the streets has been cleared and burned. How this can happen for two consecutive months and the streets still be covered with blackberry might perhaps be explained at the next council meeting. Actually the streets are a disgrace as far as this pest is concerned. PUZZLED.
