MR. ABKRHART’S PLAN EDMONTON. Iberta, Feb. 17. In a, desperate effort to finance provincial credit in. Alberta, the Social Credit Government of Mr Aberhart lias secretly proposed a scheme of “baby bonds,” at a “bargain'’ price, in denominations corresponding to currency. The bonds would no issued by’ the Provincial Treasurer on a basis of four or five dollars’ worth for each dollar ~in cash.
