SHARKS IN ESTATE NEW YORK. Dee. 13. Six-year-old Raymond Evans, who was not born until eight months after his .grandmother’s death, has been legally declared “living” at the tinic she died and eligible for a share in her estate. The ruling was given in Philadelphia by Judge Robert Y . Golgcr in settlement of the estate of Airs. Helen J. Evans.
