LAWSUIT DECIDED SYDNEY, Feb. 10. A’ shining florin, attested by counsel to have both a head and a tail, spun ip. the air outside the District Court, yesterday. “Heads,” cried a litigant. “Tails it is,” declared a spectator. Judge Curlewis a few moments uofore had suggested to the parties that they might retire from %he court for a few minutes and confer with a view to. reaching a. settlement.
