In the matter of "The Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1908," and ■ the Acts amending the same respectively. ■ 1, Pierce Grace, Chairman of the Ohinemuri County Council, hereby give Public Notice that a Poll of the Ratepayers situated in the Waihou Bridge Special Rating District will be taken on the 25th day of May, 1911, in the manner prescribed by "The Local Elections and Polls Act,' 1908," and the amendments thereof, at the Polling Booths situated, in the. County Chambers /at Paeroa and in the Public Hall at Netherton on the proposal to raise a Special Loan of for the purpose of the erection and construction of a Bridge across the Waihou River near the site of the present ferry joining the Paeroa-Nethertou Road at the Puke, such bridge to be used in lieu of the said ferry. The proposed security is a special rate of three-sixteenth of a penny in, the pound '(3-16& of a Id in the £j upon the capital value of all rateable property in the said Waihou Bridge Special Rating- District, to be repayable in thirty-six and a-half years.
