In the matter of "The Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1908," and the Acts amending the same respectively. 1, Pierce Grace, Chairman of the Ohinemuri County Council, hereby give Public Notice that a Poll of the Ratepayers situated in the Waihou Bridge Special Rating District will be taken on the 25th day of May, 1911, in the manner prescribed by "The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908," and the amendments thereof, at the Polling Booths situated in the County Chambers at Paeroa and in the Public Hall at Netherton on the proposal to raise a Special' Loan of /2500 for the purpose of the erection and construction of a Bridge across the Waihou River near the site of the present ferry joining the Paefoa-Netherton Road at the Puke, such bridge to be used in lieu of the said ferry. The proposed security is a special rate o£ three-sixteenth of a penny in the pound (3-16 th of ald in the £) upon the capital value of all rateable property in the said Waihou Bridge Special Rating District, to be repayable in thirty-six and a-half years. And it is proposed to pay out ot the loan the cost of raising the same and the interest for the first year. * Dated at Paeroa this 4th day of May, 1911.
