Mr Botha has arrived. He visits

Germany after: tne coronation for medical treatment. .; He is certain the conterence will strengthen the bond of the Empire, which all have at.heart. South Africa is prepared to take a' full share in the responsibilities whatever they are. The commercial prospects are most encouraging, and the wool export is increasing. Mr Malan, Minister for Education, accompanies him. He studies university organisation with the view of the establishment of a South African University.
