The views of Liberal members of Parliament upon the payment of members are diverse. Some favour that salaries be only paid to those requiring them, others consider ,£l5O or enough. Mr J. Ward, Labour member fur Stoke-on-Trent, says that nothing less than ,£4OO a year will do.
