Those who are wishing to obtain desirable residence sites in the vicinity of Paeroa should note that the Claremont estate, nearly opposite the racecourse, Thames Road, is being subdivided and placed on the market by the Ohinemuri Land Agency. The sections vary in area from a-quarter acre up to four acres, and as the land is close handy to Paeroa it should meet with a ready sale. Particulars may be obtained from Mr S. Craig or Mr W. McWatters, Paeroa. It should be noted that of the 50 sections on the estate 25 have already been disposed of.
