Ohin^muri to raise a Special jLoan for the purpose of the,erection ,and construction of a Bridge across the Waihou River; near the site of the present Ferry, joining the Paeroa-Netherton Road at the Puke, such Bridge to be used in lieu of the said Ferry. • THE amount it is proposed to borrow for this purpose is and the proposed security is a special rate of Three-sixteenths of a Penny in the.Pound (3/16ths of a Id in the £) upon the. Capital value of all rateable property in the said, Waihou Bridge Special RatingDistrict, to be repayable in Thirtysix and a Half Years by the Ratepayers situated in the Waihou Special Rating District- whose \ names are set forth on the Special Roll of such District, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, being a period of Thirtysix Years and a Half (36^ Years).."• And it is proposed to pay out of the Loan the cost of raising the same and the interest for the.
