IN PURSUANCE of "THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1908," and the amendments thereto :—NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ohinemuri to raise a Special Loan for the purpose of the erection and construction of a Bridge across the Waihou River near the site of the present Ferry, joining the Paeroa-Netherton Road at the Puke, such Bridge to be used in lieu of the said Ferry. THE amount it is proposed to borrow for this purpose is ,£2,500, and the proposed security is a special rate of Three-sixteenths of a Penny in the Pound (3/16ths of a Id in the £) upon the Capital value of all rateable property in the said Waihou Bridge Special RatingDistrict, to be repayable in Thirtysix and a Half Years by the Ratepayers situated in the Waihou Special Rating District whose names are set forth on the Special Roll of such District, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, being a period of Thirtysix Years and a Half (36 Yz Years). And it is proposed to pay out of the Loan the cost of raising the same and the interest for the First Year. Dated at Paeroa this 21st day ot April, 1911. R. W.
