JUVENILE OFFENDER The “ masked man ”. who menaced women with a knife in Jubilee Park on November 10 and 21 appeared again in the Children’s Court yesterday a’fter being remanded in custody for a week to enable him to be medically examined. At his last appearance. the 16-year-old youth admitted both the offences. After hearing the evidence of Dr Malcolm Brown, the magistrate, Mr H. W. Bundle, committed the youth to the care of the superintendent of the Child Welfare Branch of the Education Department for an unspecified period.
