On -the suggestion of the Chief Justice, isir Humphrey O’Leary, in the Supreme Court to-day, at the resumption dE the hearing of an originating summons regarding the position of waterside workers under the Holidays Act lt’44 the case was removed for argument to the Court of Appeal. His hlonor said that, in view of the nature ,of the decision sought, the amount', of money which might be involved, '.and the fact that the validity of the order by the Minister of Labour, Mr Mcliagan was at issue, he thought it advisable to have argument presented to the Court of Appeal. Counsel concurred.
