meat loaf lib minced meat, 3 teaspoon salt, Pepper, 1 cup milk, Slice minced bacon, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 1 egg, 3 tablespoon chopped parsley, 3 cup breadcrumbs. Mix ingredients in bowl; form into a roll with floured hands; coat with breadcrumbs; and bake about 40 minutes in a moderate oven. Serve hot with gravy, or cold in slices.
