TENDERS are invited for the PURCHASE of one or both of the following PARCELS OF SHARES in the capital of the Balfour Lime Company, Limited, the said shares having been forfeited and directed to be offered for sale by resolution of the Board of Directors:— (a) Five hundred (500) ordinary shares each of £1 fully paid in the capital of the Balfour Lime Company. Limited. (b) Two hundred (200) ordinary shares each of £1 paid to an amount of 10s each in the capital of the Balfour Lime Company, Limited. Tenders, accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent, of the amount of the tender, will be received at the Registered Office of the Company, 173 Stuart street, Dunedin, or at the offices of Messrs J. S. Sinclair and Stevenson, Solicitors to the Company, Queen’s Buildings, Princes street, Dunedin, up to 5 p.m. on THURSDAY, the 18th day of DECEMBER, 1947.
