PATIENTS ENTERTAINED

The Dunedin Highland Pipe Band, under Drum-major C. G. Maher and Pipe-corporal J. Hutton, entertained the patients at Orokonui Home and Seacliff yesterday. The band also played at the James Powell Convalescent Home at Warrington. At Waitati Dr Bennett thanked the band on behalf of the patients and staff, and at Seacliff Dr Moore expressed appreciation of the visit. The entertainment was arranged by the Patients and Prisoners’ Aid Society.
