TERM OF ENGAGEMENT: Skilled Trades 0 years. Semi-skilled and Unskilled Trades, 2, 4. 5 and 6 years. RESERVISTS (all categories non-flying) 2, 4. G and 8 years. All above Terms, according to age of applicant, carry opportunities* for extension for pensionable service. GRATUITY: £25 per year (up to 12 years’ Service), payable in lump sum on release. UNIFORM UPKEEP ALLOWANCE: £IG per year (payable in 2nd year of service). Both of above allowances are non-tax-able, and are in addition to ordinary pay, and married allowances (where applicable). PAY: Is for 7 days per week. SUPERANNUATION (payable from age of 20- years): Is refunded without interest on release after short-term engagement of up to 12 years. gOUTHLAND HOSPITAL BOARD.
