Dr A. S. Moody, chairman of the Otago Hospital Board, will leave by air to-day for the north to discuss with the Minister of Health, Miss Howard, plans for increased accommodation in Dunedin for maternity cases.

Mr D. M. Dunnett, who is at present a member of the staff of the National Mortgage and Agency Company, Ltd., Gore, has been prompted to a position in the Dunedin branch of the firm. A prominent cricketer in Eastern Southland, Mr Dunnett was wicket-keeper for the Southland eleven last year. He is expected to take up his new position this week.
