CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP
TWO DUNEDIN CONTESTANTS P.A. WELLINGTON, Dec. 3. The selection committee of the Ne\V Zealand Chess Association has chosen the following players to compete in the fifty-fourth New Zealand chess championship, beginning at Dunedin on December 26:
C. B. Newick, A. R. Trundle, A. E. Nield (Auckland), D. Lynch (Hastings), T. Lepviikmann (title holder, Palmerston North), R. O. Scott, R. G. Wade (Wellington), H. McNabb (Nelson). A. E. Moore, W. M. Stewart (Christchurch), J. F. Lang and W. Lang (Dunedin).
