CASE AGAINST NEWSPAPER MR RANDOLPH CHURCHILL TO RETURN P.A. WELLINGTON, Dec. 3. The Wellington legal advisers of Mr Randolph Churchill have been informed that he will arrive at Auckland by air from the United States on December 11 and will fly to Wellington the same day. The purpose- of Mr Churchill’s return is to contest an action in the Supreme Court, Wellington, as plaintiff for alleged libel against the Southern Cross, Wellington.

Mr Churchill has been lecturing in the United States, and the communication was received by radio-telephone from New York.
