QUOTA ALMOST DOUBLED DUNEDIN SETS NEW RECORD Sales of health stamps for the Dunedin district to November 30 totalled £12,297, which is only £SOO short of double the quota allotted for the district and more than £4OOO above the previous record established last year. Special mention of Dunedin’s outstanding achievement, in attaining 176 per cent, of its quota by October 31 was made recently by the Directorgeneral of the Post and Telegraph Department, Mr P. N. Cryer. When it is realised that 76 per cent, of the total, stamps printed for this year’s campaign were disposed of by October 31, it is clear that the stamps should be all sold by the end of this year-
