STATUS TO BE RAISED
DANISH CONSULATE-GENERAL P.A. WELLINGTON, Dec. 3. Following the presentation of his credentials to the Governor-General, Sir Bernard Freyberg, by the Danish Minister to Australia and New Zealand, Mr.C, M. Rottboll, on November 12, the Consulate-general at Wellington will be raised to the status of a legation and the Consul-general, Mr Karl I. Esklund, will be in charge with the rank of Charge d’Affaires. The Minister will arrive at Auckland to-morrow by flying boat.
