WOMEN’S TOURNAMENT
The annual tournament of the Otago Ladies’ Bowling Association commenced yesterday. In the second round, Mesdames Thompson (Logan Park), Campbell (Anderson’s Bay) and McDonald (Kaikorai) were eliminated. In the third round, Mesdames Kane (Green Island), Stewart (Dunedin), Tilbury (Tainui) and Stenson (Leith) were eliminated, while those. eliminated in the fourth round were Mesdames McCrorie (Otago) and Paterson (Caversham).
