Sir, —The comments at the Methodist Synod at Roxburgh by the Rev. Leslie Neale, in which he said atheism had been dealt a death blow, will. I am sure, be treated as they deserve. Statements such as his have caused too much trouble in our already troublesome world New Zealanders are a people free to worship as they please; some are Roman Catholics some atheistic, and various others. Irrespective of our religion or creed—to each his own ’ Incidentally, there has always been a '• Radio Church of the Helping Hand ” box in our home.—l am. etc., Dunedin Anti-mongering.
