COCONUT WHISPERS 2oz butter, 4oz sugar, 2 cups coconut, 1 beaten egg, pinch salt, vanilla to taste. Melt butter, add dry ingredients, then beaten egg. Add vanilla, mix well, place on the tray in teaspoonfuls and bake in a moderate oven until a light golden brown.
