Vital Statistics.—Vital statistics for Oamaru for November were; Births 27, deaths 14. marriages 15. Traffic Licences.— During November the Oamaru Borough Council issued 37 drivers' and 10 heavy traffic licences; and the Waitaki County Council, 23 drivers and 26 heavy traffic licences. St. John Ambulance.— During November the St. John ambulance attended four accidents and 'll removals, and travelled 134 miles.
