AUCKLAND Continued buoyancy is shown in the return of revenue collected by the Customs Department-in Auckland during November The total revenue for the month is £1,197,606, compared with £917,340 for November last year. At £12,555,167, the total for the 11 months of the calendar year is £1,783,786 more than the amount collected in the corresponding period of 1946 Details:— J
CHRISTCHURCH An increase of £157,639 is shown in the Customs returns in Christchurch for November compared with the same period last year. For the eight months this year the total is £3,660,369, compared with £3,113,854 in the same period last year. Details:—
