WAGE INCREASE
WATERSIDE WORKERS SUPPORT CAMPAIGN Industrial Correspondent WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. Support for the Federation of Labour in its move for a further general wage increase was accorded by the New Zealand Waterside Workers’ Union at the biennial conference to-day. The union will put its full weight behind the campaign for a new increase and will ask that a full £1 a week be sought for all workers, accompanied by a firm pegging of prices.
