FATAL AIR CRASH IN ALASKA

NEW YORK, Nov. 27. Eleven passengers and two membei's of the crew of a D.C.3 cargo plane were killed to-day. when the aircraft crashed into a hill two miles from Yakotat airfield, Alaska. The plane was demolished when the pilot attempted to land it just before dawn. The ceiling at the time was 500 feet.
