OTAGO BRANCH OFFICERS At the annual general meeting of the Otago branch of the New Zealand Institute of Welding, officers elected were:—Chairman, Mr I. M. Malcolm; vice-chairman. Malcolm; auditor, Mr W. H. K. Duke. The speaker for the evening was Mr L, G. Neilson, whose subject was, “ Welding and the Cement Industry. Mr Neilson dealt with the maintenance of plant and the actual production of cement.
