QUESTION TIME
INNOVATION IN CZECH PARLIAMENT
Rec. 10 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 26. The Prague correspondent of The Times says a question-time was inaugurated in the Czech Parliament yesterday. It is supposed to be modelled on the British system, but questions had to be submitted three weeks previously, no supplementaries were allowed, and the Ministers exercised their own discretion whether to answer or not. The next date for questions is December 12, and thereafter at monthly intervals.
