GOODWOOD FARM SETTLEMENT. ONE UNDEFINED SECTION. This Farm Settlement is situated on the Goodwood-Palmerston road 4 miles southeast of Palmerston. The Settlement will be subdivided into units carrying approximately 600-650 ewes and replacements, 20-30 head of cattle, with provision of normal winter feed, in addition to growing 20-30 acres of wheat. THIRD SCHEDULE. THORNDALE FARM SETTLEMENT. TWO UNDEFINED SECTIONS. This Farm Settlement is situated 9 to 10 milgs north-east of Heriot. The balance which is available for selection will be subdivided into two units, and each is estimatecr to carry approximately 800 ewes and replacements, 20 head of cattle, with normal provision of winter feed. FOURTH SCHEDULE. AWAMANGU FARM SETTLEMENT. ONE UNDEFINED SECTION. This Farm Settlement is situated on the Hillend road 10 miles north-west of Balclutha, and will probably be subdivided into five units ranging from 366 acres to 752 acres. Completed applications, together with grading certificate, must be lodged with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, P.O. Box 896, Dunedin, before 4 p.m. on FRIDAY. DECEMBER 19, 1947.
