YOUTH ARRESTED
JUBILEE PARK INCIDENTS
A youth, aged 16, who is alleged to have been responsible for the recent disturbances in Jubilee Park, was arrested by Detective R. J. A. Berry and Constable A. F. ‘Bell yesterday morning. He will appear in the Children’s Court at the next sitting in Dunedin. A statement was made to the police last week by a woman, who said that a masked man with a knife had menaced her in the park, and the prowler was seen again on Tuesday by an elderly man. Subsequent investigations by the police led tb I,he arrest yesterday. - - • “
