Entertainment at the combined social evening of the Hard of Hearing League oil Tuesday was provided by a group ■*. from Toe H under the direction of Miss D. Tyson. Mesdames M. Doig, M. Wilson, T. Brundell, Misses B. Griffiths, M. Tyson, Messrs L. Dunbar, I. Douglas' and M. Pizey contributed items. The accompanist was Miss D. Tyson. • “ Mission Work in the Solomon Islands ” was the subject of an address delivered by Mrs Mason at the women's section meeting, when the speaker outlined many phases of the work performed during a period of 28 years in the Islands.
