LONDON WOOL SALES
Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON, Nov 21. The London wool sales were continued to-day, with offerings totalling 26,689 bales, of which 25,372 were sold. New Zealand submitted 8651 bales and Australia 14,617. The demand for greasy crossbreds and best merinos was well maintained, and they sold readily at firm prices, but slipes occasionally were in the buyers’ favour. The selection generally was moderate.
