FRONTIER VIOLATED
CHARGES AGAINST CANADIANS CHALLENGED BY SOVIET GUARDS Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 22. Moscow radio broadcast a message from Konigsberg in East Prussia alleging that two members of the Canadian Military Mission had violated the Soviet frontier. The radio said that the Canadians stated they had lost their way when challenged by the frontier guards and added: 4 They had not lost their way. They were persons engaged m special business and were quite aware of where they were going, but apparently without the knowledge of the vigilance of the Soviet frontier guards.” Canadian sources in New York identified the two Canadians arrested by the Russians- in East Prussia as Tony Clavbon and James Weld, the third secretary of the Canadian External Affairs Denartment. Claybon is a member of the Canadian Milita y Mission In Berlin and Weld was formerly a member of the Canadian Em bassy. ___
