PUBLIC SERVICE MATTERS P.A. AUCKLAND, Nov. 23. Accepting an invitation extended to him by the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, to visit New Zealand and discuss public service matters of mutual interest, Mr W. E. Dunk, Australian Public Service Commissioner, arrived at Auckland by flying boat to-day. Mr Dunk said he would spend about two weeks in Wellington with the New Zealand Public Service Commissioner, Mr R. M. Campbell, and would meet Mr Fraser and other Government officials.
