OUTLOOK UNSETTLED The following official weather forecast covering tile ensuing 24 hours was issued yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— situation.—There is an anti-cyelone over New Zealand and a low-pressure trough in the Western Tasman. Forecast to 5 p.m.—Light to moderate variable winds. Weather fair inland, but cloudy near the coast, with some scattered mist or drizzle this morning. Temperatures moderate to mild. Further Outlook.—Unsettled. Weather in Dunedin.—The week-end w r as fine and warm in the city, the sun shining for 9 hours 36 minutes'on--Satur-day and TO hours 24 minutes yesterday. The maximum temperature was 64.2 and 62.1 degrees respectively, and the minimum recordings 44.6 and 43.4. The lowest grass temperatures were 37.7 and 36.7 degrees respectively. There was no rain and a south-east breeze prevailed. The barometer showed little fluctuation, the reading at midnight being 30.06 inches (1018 millibars).
