Successful Appeal The street appeal on Friday last by the North Otago Crippled Children’s Society resulted in the raising of £l9O. which will be devoted to the welfare of crippled children. The committee is grateful for the excellent response from the public, and to all who assisted in the collection, including the New Zealand Showmen’s Association and their black dog, Jock, the institutes.
