HINT OF SUNSHINE
WEATHER DEFIES FORECAST Rec. 10 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 20. Princess Elizabeth was called at her usual time, 7.30 a.m., by her personal maid, Miss Margaret MacDonald. Philip, too, rose early and looked out on the grey November sky which, in spite of a sombre forecast from the weather bureau, showed signs of clearing. By 9 a.m. there was a hint of sunshine, and people who stamped and slapped themselves to keep warm through the night-long wait along the route of the procession turned down their coat collars and packed up close to the barriers.
