CITIZENS WIN ALL CITY SEATS Five. Citizens’ Association candidates were elected for the City and St. Kida seats on the Otago Harbour. Board. Not one was a sitting member of the board, but Mr A. Mcßae, who topped the poll, had previously represented the city on the board. Two sitting . members—Messrs S. B. Macdonald and L. F. Evans, both Labour candidates—were defeated. There was a difference of 1550 votes in the totals polled by the fifth elected member and the.leading Labour candidate. Results:— CITY SEATS Mcßae, Arthur (C.) .. ..19,392 Winefleld, W. J.
