The net profit of Waihi Investments and Exploration Ltd., was £2637 for the year ended September 30, an Increase of £213 The earnings failed by £9O to cover the requirements of the proposad dividend ot 2 per cent, sterling less 9s United Kingdom tax. The results were:—Revenue, £7080; brought in. £838; profit. £2637; proposed dividend of 2 per cent., less 9s tax £2727; carried forward. £747.
