North Otago Kennel Club The North Otago Kennel Club held its annual show at- the Show Grounds yesterday, in conjunction with the A. ana p Show. Entries were excellent, and considerable interest was taken by visitors to this portion of the grounds. The winner of the grand challenge stakes was Mrs S. F. Storeys fox terrier Carfala Contender, which was adjudged best dog in the show It also won the terrier stakes, with Mrs, G. G. Phillips Pomeranian Lochleven Gold Premium next. This dog also won. the novice limit and toy stakes. The third placing in the challenge class was G. Toneycliffe’s other than black cocker spaniel Bradford Austral, which was adjudged the best bitch in the show and was the winner of the sporting stakes. J. and H. Keir's other than black cocker spaniel Winston Maca won the puppy stakes, and A. Weallean’s bulldog Blondie of Sumner won the sporting stakes. Results:— Pomeranians. —-Mrs G. G. Phillip.
