KIWI SWIMMING CARNIVAL

As a prelude to the Otago Swimming Championships next month, the Kiwi Club's carnival at the Municipal Baths tomorrow night should be productive of some first-class performances. Many Otago and New Zealand champions will be appearing in freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke races, and a diving display will be given by Jack Stewart, the New Zealand men’s champion, with whom will be associated V. Eckhoff. A butterfly stroke race is included on the programme, and an interesting novelty will be a display by New Zealand champions using " flippers ” on their feet. Particulars are advertised.
