OFFENSIVE AGAINST REACTION RUSSIAN TRADE UNION’S DEMANDS Rec. 7.30 p.m. MOSCOW, Nov. 17. Russian trade union leaders have urged Soviet delegates to make the World Trade Union Federation, ‘an effective fighting organisation free of all reformist and opportunist infiuerice,” according to Tass. The Central Council of the Soviet Trade Union adopted a resolution declaring that the federation could not remain outside the ■ economic and political struggle the working class was waging against the offensive of reaction.
