INCREASED DIVIDENDS

Daily Times Special Service AUCKLAND, Nov. 16. Increased preference and ordinary dividends are recommended by the directois of Sanford, Ltd., from the net Pjofit. of £7765, an increase of £2850 in the yeai ended August 31. The preference dividend is to be raised from 5 3-5 per cent, to 6 3-5 per cent, and the ordinary from sixpence a share (6 2-3 per cent.) t eightpence a share (8 8/9 per cent). The dividends require £4820, leaving £2945 to increase the carry forward to £4724. Both dividends are free of social security tax.
