Harbour Board Empowered to Sell Sections at Sunshine
Parliamentary Reporter. WELLINGTON, Nov. 14. By a clause in the Local Legislation Bill introduced in the House of Representatives to-day, the Otago Harbour Board is empowered to sell® several allotments at Sunshine. These sections were acquired for harbour works but are not now wanted for that purpose. Provision is also made in the Bill for the board to lease land to the Otago branch of the British Sailors’ Society.
