Sir, —Tne aftermath of war does invariably bring many changes: but is no need to alter the skirt length at a time when materials are in short supply. Added length to a frock would mean added expense—both je unnecessary. 1 for one do not intend to stupidly follow an overseas fashion just because “so and so ’’ and such an such ” a fashion house decrees that it shall be.
