NEW APPOINTMENTS
MASONIC COMMUNICATION P.A. WELLINGTON, Nov. 13. At the annual communication of the New Zealand Masonic Grand Lodge Mr W. J. Girling, of Blenheim, was invested and installed as grand master. After his installation the new grand master announced the following appointments:—Deputy grand master, Mr Wilfrid Wright (Auckland); provincial grand masters—Wellington district, Mr C. H. Taylor; Auckland district, Mr A. E. Cashmore; Otago, Mr H. Archbold; Waikato, Mr G. Gilchrist; Southland, Mr J. D. Campbell; Ruapehu, Mr F. C. Jannings; Hawke’s Bay, jMr R. W. Carpenter; Nelson and Marlborough, Mr F. Migridge; West Coast, Mr D. Mclvor; Taranaki, Mr W. T. Simmons; Canterbury, Mr F. N. Kerr; senior grand warden, Mr R. C. Rutherford (Dunedin); junior grand warden. Mr H. Hatch (Wellington); grand lecturers—Messrs J. Armstead (Auckland). C. H. Rogers (Wellington), J. G. Duncan (Timaru), W. E. Bate (Hawke’s Bay), and A. L. Dolomore (Gore).
