The earnings of the Leyland O’Brien Timber Company, Ltd., show a rise of £3l to £7959 for the year ended September 30 after providing £12,000 for taxation, against £11,400 last year. The gross profit, including timber sales, interest, rents and dividends from other companies, was £48,015, against £46,371 in 1946. Stocks hive risen from £6570 to £11,928.
